On March 01, 2015, went to Egmore Museum for on location sketching as part of Chennai weekend Artists group.
Chennai Museum is one of the best place to sketch because huge open space, lot of old heritage buildings, collection old items kept outside the museum.
But there is some restriction inside the Museum as we can't take our bags inside. Only small sketch book and pen may be allowed.
I've taken my new wide sketch book and decided to do some wide panoramic sketch...
Searched and looked all the places of Museum and finally decide to do the Children's Museum and the giant dinosaurs in front of it.
Started the sketch with pencil to capture the perspective correctly, then pen , finally filled the color with water color.
As usual, had discussion with my other CWA members, always that will be exciting, since everybody will share their experience on the particular day of sketching.....
